Mr. Wallis’ aggressive practice emphasizes personal injury, criminal defense of innocent people, and civil litigation. Before Law School, Mr. Wallis worked as an expert biologist for the State of Washington. Mr. Wallis then worked as a federal extern for the Honorable Thomas Coffin, U.S. District Court. From there he was hired by Bill Barton of Newport Oregon where Mr. Wallis helped secure millions of dollars in major medical malpractice claims. This success launched Mr. Wallis into trial work here in Washington State where he founded the Wallis Law Firm, PLLC. While practicing in King and Pierce County Mr. Wallis has served on the board of the American Inns of Court. He now serves as a Director at Sound Credit Union, one of the largest Credit Unions in the State. He is also immediate past co-president of the Cardozo Society and is currently president of the Slavic Bar Association.

Ms. Queen’s practice focuses primarily on family law matters (including divorce, child custody and support, and modifications) as well as civil litigation and estate planning. Prior to law school, Ms. Queen worked as a paralegal with the Idaho Attorney General’s office, where she recovered over $1.6 million for Medicaid recovery. Immediately after law school, Ms. Queen founded her own firm in Boise, Idaho, where she focused on Family Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate law. During her time practicing in Idaho, Ms. Queen was the recipient of several awards, including: Lawyers of Distinction for Excellence in General Practice (2018), American Institute of Legal Advocates Rising Star in Family Law (2018), Legal Elite Best Client-Focused Family Law in Idaho (2016), and Best of Boise for Estate Planning Law (2015). Ms. Queen was also the President of the PTO at a Boise, Idaho elementary school during this time. After moving to Washington, Ms. Queen worked as a legal assistant in a large Seattle firm working on real estate transactional matters. She now practices with Wallis Law Firm at the Tacoma office.
